Typical Schedule (variable according to program)

• Load-in: 4:30 PM
• Soundcheck(s): Soundcheck 5 PM-6:30 PM
• Doors: 7:00 PM
• Show start: 8:00 PM
• Load out: Stage should be cleaned and loaded out 1 hour after show end
• Programs may run until 3 AM inside on the main stage
• Ending sound ordinance for our outside stages is 11 PM
• Lighting: here is the link to our lighting plot and patching. You can create your own show file with specific lighting and bring the show file to be loaded the day of show. We have a set of led panels mounted to the ceiling if you would like an icon, logo or image portrayed on the screen. The screen does run 480p so the simpler the design the better it will be visualized. You can bring it on a flash drive on the day of the show or email beforehand.
• Sound: When ready, forward the stage plots for the band(s) on the bill, Set times/duration for the run of show, and what backline gear are planned to be used (if any).
